Here at Chesters Nursery, the staff are always working together to promote positive behaviour for all children that access the setting.
Staff are also here to support parents and families as we have been trained on All Behaviour is Communication and PATHS (Promoting Alternative THinking Strategies).
We also have a promoting positive behaviour policy in place which is available to read on our policies and procedures page.
Parents may also be able to access Promoting Positive Parenting training- if you feel that this would benefit you please speak to a member of the management team.
