To ensure we are continously thriving as a centre, we conduct a yearly school improvement plan to help us as a setting identify which aspects of our care we do well and which areas we can further develop. This allows us to provide the best quality care and support possible for all our children and families.
For the year of 2022-23 we, as a staff team have decided that our main areas of focus will be:
- 1 2.3 Learning Teaching and Assessment - Developing a digital Strategy to support the use of online learning journals
- 2 2.2 Curriculum - Facilitating more opportunities for STEM and numeracy within the centre
- 3 3.1 Ensuring Wellbeing, Equality & Inclusion - Using the Whole School Nurture Approach
